Instructor - College for Kids, Youth Programs (Part-Time, Temporary) Harrisonburg
JMU's Youth Programs department is looking for instructors to teach exciting, educational courses for our summer College for Kids Program! This program provides an enriching, educational, and fun experience for rising K - 8th grade students! It gives children the chance to expand their horizons by exploring a topic of interest. Children will work with experts (JMU staff/students, teachers, etc.) to discover talents they never knew they had, explore new ideas/fields of study, and develop a new passion for learning! These positions begin around May 8th and end on June 12th. College for Kids is scheduled for June 8th - 12th. Our morning sessions run from 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (instructors stay for lunch with their students) and afternoon sessions run from 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM each day. Ideally, we would love for our instructors to teach full days (both sessions) for the duration of the week. Camp Counselor, Youth Programs (Part - Time, Temporary) Harrisonburg

The positions will start around July 1st and will end July 31st. • July 13 - 17 - Science Explorers Camp (rising 9th - 12th grades). Exam Accommodation Assistant (Part - Time) Harrisonburg
The Office of Disability Services (ODS) at James Madison University (JMU) is seeking a talented, motivated person to work as a part-time Exam Accommodations Assistant. This is a 9-month position that corresponds with the JMU fall and spring semesters: August through May. This posting is for a part-time wage position with no benefits. This position is limited to a maximum of 1,500 hours per year (May 1 to April 30), with an average of 29 hours per week. The regular shift is six to eight hours per day, Monday – Thursday, between 8:00 a.m. and 9:30 p.m. and Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. with alternate hours during Final Exam Week (December and May). Due to the access this position has to undergraduate records, current JMU Undergraduate students are not eligible for this position.
