To sustain this trend we are looking for experienced, trade qualified and licensed electricians to join our team, including a Lead.

The Lead Electrician’s responsibilities will include high end supervision of our internal solar teams and solar contractors as well as some installation of Solar PV Systems and Tesla Batteries on new and existing solar systems. You’ll be based in the Victorian Metro region predominantly however some intrastate travel may be required. Work is on Commercial and Residential, new and existing buildings.

What will make you an excellent fit for this role?

  • A strong consideration for company WHSE policies and a commitment to a high standard of work.
  • A minimum of 12 months experience as CEC installer, residential and commercial.
  • Experience in supervising and auditing solar teams.
  • Firm understanding of and experience in latest compliance requirements and practices.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of various inverter configurations and setup.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of solar module configuration and array design. 
  • Ability to work around complex designs and offer configuration solutions when required.
  • A positive attitude with the ability to think outside the square and problem solve.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Great telephone manner, neat presentation and customer-focused.
  • Excellent time management, reporting and computing skills.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.

The successful candidate will require the following licences:

  • A Grade Electrician licence.
  • CEC Install and Design Accreditation.
  • Construction Induction Card.
  • Working at Heights Certificate.
  • A current driver's licence and a clean driving record
