The Henry Jones offers an exciting and varied unique mix of venues; Landscape Restaurant, IXL Long Bar, Peacock and Jones, Jam Packed Café and Lounge, as well as a contemporary, stylish and flexible Conferencing and Event offering. To support the ongoing success and future growth, we have a fantastic opportunity for a suitably qualified Sous Chef within a boutique environment.
Reporting to the Executive Chef, you are a strong and successful leader who is able to manage a dedicated and skilled team. As Sous Chef at The Henry Jones, you are accountable for hands on and day-to-day management of the Conference and Events kitchen, and supporting other outlets where required. Your creativity and experience working in medium to large scale Conferencing and Event environments will come to the fore in working directly with guests and the sales team. You have sound technical skills, along with an understanding of financial reporting, budgets and business performance.
