An exciting opportunity exists in this growing company for an experienced Demand Planner to join the National Supply Chain team, based in Adelaide. As a member of this dynamic, business-critical team your tasks will include:

• Accurately forecasting finished product demand across the company's distribution network
• Deliver superior results to contribute to the efficient management of the supply chain, via the use of the company's "best of breed" inventory optimisation software
• Ensuring the timely and appropriate flow of critical information from suppliers, pharmacy groups, business development teams and dependent business units
• Conducting monthly Collaboration meetings with suppliers as part of the "Symbion Engage" Supply Chain Collaboration program

Reporting to the National Demand Planning Manager, the successful candidate will be a highly motivated, confident and dynamic leader. They will be process driven, have an analytical focus, possess well-developed problem solving skills and high attention to detail. MS Excel and Access skills are important for this role, as is the ability to understand complex and sophisticated business systems and processes.
Formal qualifications in a business related discipline and previous supply chain experience in an FMCG environment would be desirable. Background in the pharmaceutical industry or retail/hospital pharmacy would be highly advantageous. This represents an excellent opportunity for an aspiring individual who seeks to work for a leading organisation in a team-focused environment.
