Your expertise is required to support the day-to-day management of the university's property portfolio. Reporting to the Property Contracts Manager, you will be required to support tenancy sourcing and leasing, contract negotiation and administration and general property management and maintenance.
As the successful candidate you will be responsible for supporting general and operational property management activities, draft and coordinate performance contract specifications, manage administration and execution of all property contract documentation, as well as build and sustain professional relationships within the Monash University network of staff, clients, government authorities and other stakeholders.
If you have a relevant degree in a property related discipline, and/or extensive experience in property or contract management, you are strongly encouraged to apply.
This role is a continuing, part-time position at a fraction of 0.8.
