The Sir Zelman Cowen School of Music is seeking to appoint a dynamic Lecturer to contribute to the Composition and Creative Music Technology (CCMT) teaching and research program as well as coordinate the growing undergraduate CCMT specialisation.
You will be an experienced composer and creative music technology specialist with an established reputation for research excellence in the field of music, as well as a track record of research publications (non-traditional research outcomes and publications in highly ranked journals).
You will be an excellent and inspiring composition and creative music technology educator with high regard from peers and students and will be expected to develop and foster collaborative linkages and activities with colleagues, external agencies as well as industry in order to contribute to the growth and profile of the school. Supervision of research projects in the honours and Higher Degree Research Programs will also be expected. A doctoral qualification is essential.
