Suited to an individual with demonstrated experience in leading and coordinating expenditure recovery and funds management support as well as strong staff management experience, particularly in areas of coaching and mentoring, this is a brilliant opportunity to supervise a team of professional services officers.
In this varied role, you will be required to supervise staff workload distribution and support the team through operating change and continuous improvement activities. A degree with relevant experience in areas such as in financial management and team leadership, coupled with exceptional numerical, analytical and problem resolution skills will be essential to this role.
The ideal candidate will utilise their excellent written and verbal communications skills to develop high-level reporting and develop and build strengthened relationships with key stakeholders. You will be able to exercise judgement in order to adapt and interpret policy and procedure, as they relate to finance and asset management.
This role is a full-time position; however, flexible working arrangements may be negotiated.
