Monash Residential Services is seeking an enthusiastic Admissions Officer to play a vital role in coordinating all daily operational aspects of student admissions including:
- coordinating applications
- coordinating allocations and bookings for residency
- processing charges for accommodation
- managing students accommodation accounts and outstanding debts
- analysing data
- preparing reports.
In this role, you will act as a key liaison point and source of advice in relation to Monash Residential Services admissions issues.
If you have strong organisational skills, attention to detail, sound data entry skills and high level written and verbal communication skills, we strongly encourage you to apply for this position.
Possession of excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to work with complex databases and financials, is essential.
Applicants with experience working in a hospitality environment, university accommodation, or other large multisite accommodation complexes will be favourably considered.

This role is a full-time position; however, flexible working arrangements may be negotiated.
Applicants must be available to work between the hours of 8.30am to 6.00pm on a rotating roster.
