The Opportunity

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Respectful Communities Officer to join our highly dedicated team, responsible for Monash’s Respect.Now.Always campaign and the implementation of the Australian Human Rights Commission survey recommendations on sexual assault and sexual harassment in Australian universities.

You will play an integral role in helping to drive social justice and human rights, through supporting projects and programs, striving to promote inclusion, respect and safety.  As the Respectful Communities Officer, you will be dedicated to providing a range of high-level professional and administrative services to support the effective operations of the Respectful Communities team. 

To be successful for this position, you will possess a strong focus on excellence in process and judgement.  You will be able to provide sound and timely advice and support to students, staff and other stakeholders.
