Manager, Senior Executive Recruitment
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced leader to manage the University’s specialist senior executive recruitment function. Reporting to the Director, Recruitment, Remuneration and Global Mobility, you will lead a small team of specialists focused on delivering the highest quality candidate care throughout the recruitment and appointment process.
To be successful in this role you will have exceptional relationship management and communication skills, outstanding attention to detail, and the ability to continuously develop and drive the service commitments of the senior executive recruitment function.
Key responsibilities of the position include providing exemplary service to candidates through the recruitment and employment life-cycle, providing expert strategic advice and recommendations to key stakeholders, and developing positive and productive working relationships with external service providers.
Candidates who have experience managing senior executive recruitment activity within a complex and challenging environment will be highly regarded. Strong, collegial leadership skills and a confident, resilient approach are key requirements for success in this role.
This role is a full-time position; however, flexible working arrangements may be negotiated.
