We are looking for driven Customer Service Officers to join us in our Monash Connect Team. Working within a dedicated and professional environment, you will be the first-point-of-contact for the resolution of staff, current and future student enquiries. You will use your excellent customer service skills, along with Monash University policy and systems knowledge to assist students, staff and members of the public with their questions. Comprehensive training will be provided to successful applicants.
Your specific duties will include but not be limited to:
- providing exceptional first-point-of-contact customer service over the phone, via e-mail and face to face in a timely and efficient manner
- escalating complex enquiries as required
- ensuring accurate and timely data entry
- completing relevant administrative tasks
- ensuring professional conduct at all times especially when assisting with enquiries as well as liaising with your team.
These roles are casual however there are plenty of opportunities for the right candidates to continue and progress in their roles. In return, we will provide extensive training, support and resources to ensure you thrive in this role.

This role is a full-time position; however, flexible working arrangements may be negotiated.
Please note: You must have full working rights enabling you to work for a minimum of 12 months and also have a current and valid Working With Childrens Check or be willing to obtain one. Flexibility to work across all Monash campuses in Melbourne is also required.
