Monash University Library is seeking an enthusiastic Information Resources Officer to work as part of the Information Resources team. The team enables access to the library’s collections through ordering, receiving, processing and cataloguing. Team members acquire and catalogue print, multi-media, electronic resources, and research repository material vital to the Library's ability to meet the research and education goals of the University.
In this role your focus will be on ordering for the Education and Arts disciplines and you may have additional opportunity to undertake other activities outlined in the position description.
Applicants should have a Diploma in library and information studies with subsequent relevant work experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training, with strong communication, interpersonal and team work skills.
