An exciting opportunity for a skilled Program Manager, Learning Abroad has become available. In this role, you will support the Senior Manager, Global Student Mobility in the delivery of the Monash Abroad strategy and operations through the efficient and effective management of global experiences for Monash students.
You will take ownership through directing and operationalising new learning abroad programs and initiatives, exercising your strong resource management skills and innovative approaches to program development and student engagement. In conjunction with the above, you will also be responsible for leading and managing significant strategic initiatives, large scale review and development of policy and procedure, and complex administrative and compliance processes.
Your superior relationship building skills will assist you with the development and maintenance of strong partnerships with relevant stakeholders, as well as enable you to inspire, lead and develop a highly-trained, motivated and efficient team with a strong customer focus.
Your outstanding planning and organisational skills, together with your highly developed analytical and conceptual skills, and significant staff management experience will put you in good stead to take on this challenging opportunity.
