The Opportunity

Digital Transformation is a dynamic and innovative team, with a goal to enable Monash to deliver the best possible academic experience and research outcomes through the provision of high-quality technology and enhanced ICT services.

We are looking for a passionate and innovative Salesforce Architect to lead in delivering cutting-edge Salesforce solutions across the University. This role involves managing technical delivery resources, ensuring application development and platform governance adhere to rigorous software engineering practices. 

As a Salesforce Architect, you will collaborate closely with development teams to guarantee the highest standards of consistency, timeliness, and quality in all our Salesforce initiatives.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I & II and Domain Architect certifications
  • Proven leadership in motivating and developing Salesforce development teams to deliver high-quality solutions and continuous improvements
  • Outstanding technical consulting skills with a focus on innovative solutions, capability roadmaps, and integration across platforms
  • Exceptional ability to advise, influence, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce development languages, integration and data services, APIs, Lightning Web Components, and advanced business logic enforcement through APEX and VisualForce
