We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Superintendent – Risk and Audit to join our SHEC team at our Dugald River operations. Reporting to the Manager – SHEC, this pivotal role supports the site leadership team in implementing and maintaining effective risk management and compliance systems across all operational areas.

We are currently seeking a Mine Geologist to provide day to day underground mine geological services to the mining operation, including core logging; face and backs mapping; stockpile inspections; ROM inspections; stope inspections; stope notes; grade tracking; and reconciliation of producing stopes and collation of data in preparation for resource estimation.

The role ensures mining works are executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with contractual, regulatory, and company requirements. This position is pivotal in maintaining strong contractor relationships, optimising performance, ensuring contractual compliance, and supporting the delivery of mine development plans that enable sustainable production outcomes.

To enrich and maintain all details in both the Vendor Master & Service Master Catalogues enabling contract and vendor optimization. Manage, cleanse and validate all materials and services outline agreement information for creation in SAP to ensure accuracy of data and validity of pricing. Work closely with supervisor/line manager on improving effectiveness and efficiency in services delivery through optimization, automation, CI and compliance.
