Senior Officer, Student Operations and Improvement Team
- Support the central student administration functions of the University
- Full time, 12 month Fixed Term role until March 29th 2019.
- $63,424-$71,423 plus up to 17% superannuation
About the role
Reporting to the Coordinator, Student Operations and Improvement (Admissions and Enrolments focus), you will be working as part of a team that is responsible for the implementation and execution of administrative process that support the Student Operations and Improvement Team.
Your other responsibilities will include being the first point of contact for all student and staff enquiries, liaise with internal and external stakeholders as required and provide excellent customer service by resolving some of the more complex enquiries.
Please note that intercampus travel may be required from time to time.
Skills & Experience
You will possess a degree with relevant work experience or a combination of knowledge, experience and training. You must have strong organisation, communication, analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and project skills. The ability to interpret and gain a conceptual understanding of the relevant policies, procedures and systems is essential.
You will have a high proficiency in software packages and most of all have strong communication skills, with a strong customer service background.
To be successful you will have demonstrated experience in lifecycle operations in a tertiary environment.
