About the role
In this role you will lead a team to lead and manage the implementation of an integrated planning, review and improvement framework and processes to ensure the achievement of strategic objectives is supported. Lead a collaborative process and develop and publish an integrated planning, budgeting and review cycle. Lead and manage strategic reviews of Schools and Divisions within La Trobe University. You will also lead continuous improvement, consolidating elements of business process review and improvement, and other monitoring and review activities.
Skills & Experience
To be considered for this role you will have
- Completed a relevant postgraduate qualification with subsequent experience in planning, quality improvement and implementation of change.
- Experience with the development and operation of a planning, review and improvement framework within a tertiary environment is essential.
- You must possess the ability to prepare complex business plans and operate effectively with broad direction.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential.
Previous experience working in Higher Education sector is highly desirable.
