Role Snapshot

Our Field Services Representative team located in Granville are at the forefront of our business, within Pubs/Clubs, ensuring we are delighting our customersby going above and beyond to meet customers needs. This opportunity will be responsible for performing repairs to Electronic Gaming Machines in a Field environment accompanied by workshop repairs when required. The product range encompasses Keno, wagering, computer equipment and associated products. As a member of the team you will be required to work in-line with TabCorp's Ways of Working taking the initiative to ensure a collaborative and engaged environment.

How you will contribute 

Highlights of the role are as follows;

  • Attend, update and close service calls in line with our SLA's ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Perform technical services including support and install on all our products in particular Electronic Gaming Machines, which is underpinned by your ability to apply logical, methodical and analytical approach to solve complicated problems. 
  • You will lead by example to ensure our team values and KPI's are applied with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Our Ideal Person

As the ideal person for this role you must have an extensive background in the field of repairing, installing and commissioning Electronic equipment. You will hold a minimum Certificate II in Electrotechnology or Electronics with sound experience servicing electronic equipment in a customer service environment. Experience in a supervisory capacity with the ability to effectively communicate (written and verbal) accompanied by strong reporting and administrative skills. The ability to lead and manage small teams and to also work independently.  

You must be able to attain a NSW Gaming Licence.

Advantageous Qualities

Experience working with Gaming Machines and associated peripheral equipment that includes working on link jackpot systems, player loyalty systems, hold a current NSW Gaming License.

Please note you are required to hold a current class "C" drivers' license
