Role Summary

Reporting through to the Head of Marketing Communications, this role is responsible for the development and execution of TAB masterbrand strategy and subsequent marketing activity and product campaigns that drives brand awareness, retention and new customer acquisition. The role will also act as a primary brand custodian for the TAB brand in the Marketing Communications Team.

 How you will contribute 

Key areas of focus in this role will be;

  • Managing the development and implementation of TAB's brand strategies and creation of the in year marketing plans
  • Focusing on the TAB brand strategy for new markets such as QLD and international markets
  • Managing the brand building and product campaigns that are designed to acquire new customers including assets such as the TAB App and website branding.
  • Working closely with external agencies developing all masterbrand briefs and product briefs an executing long-term strategic view via the Brand and Strategy team.

Our Ideal Person

To be successful in this role it is envisaged that you will have sound experience in a similar role, with proven experience developing brand and campaign strategies and associated marketing plans, plus end-to- end campaign execution experience.

Critical to your success in this role will be your confidence to engage with key stakeholders, excellent interpersonal skills, ability to consult, collaborate and influence, your strategic thinking skills and your ability to think "outside the square" to solve business problems.
