Role Summary

The Digital Marketing – Wagering team is responsible for the strategic marketing of Tabcorp's wagering brands through all acquisition and digital channels. Our team purpose is to 'Deliver Awesome Experiences' and we do this by being Dynamic, Innovative & Collaborative.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Manager, with a main focus on Acquisition & Conversion, who will be responsible for the delivery and strategy for generating Tabcorp's digital traffic across all channels, as well as conversion of that traffic to acquired customers and to betting turnover. Reporting directly to the Head of Digital & Owned, you will manage all elements of the Digital Paid Media in order to reach Tabcorp's acquisition and turnover KPI's for the business year.

How you will contribute 

A few key areas of the role include the following;

  • Lead and motivate a team of digital performance specialists to ensure delivery across channel insights, optimisations and performance through media partners
  • Develop and manage the strategy for all TAB and Luxbet paid digital media activities as well as the strategy for TAB and Luxbet conversion activities
  • Partner with the Attribution/Conversion manager to develop and manage the strategy for all TAB and Luxbet attribution and econometric analysis for both above the line and digital activities, which will be used to influence the appropriate spend.
  • Facilitate the growth of all paid media channels for all of Tabcorp brands across; paid search, affiliates, paid social media, digital video, sponsorship display
  • Work with Digital, Owned and Product teams to provide marketing insights in order to improve site and marketing conversion.
  • Effective understanding of vendor technical requirements across analytics, publisher tracking and DSP solutions.

Our Ideal Person

Tertiary qualifications in either Marketing, Commerce or Communications. Extensive Digital experience, either client or agency side. Experience with Affiliate Marketing and Display Media advertising, advantageous. Exposure to Digital reporting platforms such as Google Analytics and Adwords is key, along with exposure to paid social media and social media platforms for acquisition. Exposure to digital marketing channels, such as; SEO, Affiliates, display advertising, CRM/eMail marketing and Social Media is highly regarded. The successful candidate will have outstanding written communication skills and have a strong knowledge of or passion for racing and sport.
