Role Snapshot/Role Summary
primary requirement of the position is to provide Application & System level
administration services relating to the Customer Relationship Management tool (Salesforce
Sales & Marketing Cloud & Communities modules).
position is a key role in the development and support process and requires a
deep understanding of Salesforce, its integration points and the interactions
and processes carried out by the business
How you will contribute
Providing general application
and administrative support for CRM tools.
for the resolution of application issues/bugs as part of Application support as
it relates to Salesforce and associated integrations.
Developing and configuring
workflows in the nominated tool for various ITIL processes.
Designing and developing
CRM tool enhancements as per business requirements.
providing technical expertise to assist other in gathering business
Maintaining the content
of the CRM tool
management including addition and deletion of users where required
Liaising with Sales &
Marketing and other business and technical teams as and when required.
Controlling changes made
to the Application and ensuring they are in alignment with Service Management
Our Ideal Person
Good understanding and
experience in Salesforce application development
Deep understanding of
Customer Relationship Management discipline and related business practices.
Some experience with Web
Technologies (XML, HTML, JAVA Script, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, Apex, JSON etc.) a must
Working knowledge of
typical systems integration such as web services, API's, and other forms of
data and/or transaction based integration technologies
Working knowledge of the
technologies web applications, networks, protocols and email (SMTP, POP3)
· Familiarity with
Agile work practices

Use the SDLC
to develop, test and implement new business requirements
