Role Summary

This exciting new role will be responsible for leading the delivery of phone and customer account channels based in both Granville and Darwin, with the aim of maximizing efficiency and profitability across our channels.

Working with your team

  • Lead the daily operations of the contact centres in Granville and Darwin
  • Grow and maintain current customer base
  • Oversee the efficient and appropriate resourcing of staff in the contact centres and oncourse to meet customer expectations
  • Be accountable for risk management operations
  • Ensure delivery and support of new Wagering products
  • Develop strategic initiatives for the contact centres as required.

Our Ideal Person

We are looking for a strong leader to take the call centre operations by the reins and be progressive.  If you have experience in project management, negotiation, difficult decision making as well as being a mentor, this role could be for you.  In addition to this, in order to be successful in the role Wagering experience is essential coupled with a very strong leadership background that carries learned management skills, preferably across multiple locations.  If you are up the challenge and enjoy seeing results in a call centre environment as much as we do, please apply!
