This exciting new role will be responsible for leading the delivery of phone and customer account channels based in both Granville and Darwin, with the aim of maximizing efficiency and profitability across our channels.

We are looking for a strong leader to take the call centre operations by the reins and be progressive. If you have experience in project management, negotiation, difficult decision making as well as being a mentor, this role could be for you. In addition to this, in order to be successful in the role Wagering experience is essential coupled with a very strong leadership background that carries learned management skills, preferably across multiple locations.
