The roles we are looking to fill are in the Tab retail distribution part of our business, so working with hotel and club venue partners.

Role Snapshot/Role Summary

Aspiring to take the next step from phone sales to a BDM?  We have the right role for you.  A newly created opportunity for a dynamic and innovative individual who has outgrown a contact centre or hospitality environment and want to use their sales and customer knowledge for the next step.  You will be responsible for ensuring you build strong relationships over the phone with a customer base across regional NSW, as well as have a full understanding of competitive activity and market circumstances in their territory. 

How you will contribute

Working as part of a large team across NSW you will primarily focus on

·  The delivery of project and business initiatives that are rolled into retail venues within your defined territory.

·  Maximise the Retail Wagering business by influencing venues to provide the best possible retail environment and facilities in line with best practice.

·  Liaise with your venues to provide ongoing support on the management of up to date training accreditations

Our Ideal Person

You will be a customer focused team player, ready to join our team, you will have a passion and understanding for our category and our customers.  A track record working in a Pub/Club or Hotel background where you have used out products will be highly regarded, as well as previous retail or call centre sales experience.  Your ability to create rapport quickly with you customer groups is key to your success .
