Role Snapshot/Role Summary

The Digital Product Manager will be responsible for the product development and operational management of designated Tabcorp digital channels (includes online, mobile and digital retail) for designated Tabcorp brands (TAB, Luxbet & SKY) to deliver compelling digital experiences loved by our passionate customers.


 How you will contribute

·  Be the owner and leader in Tabcorp for designated digital channels (includes online, mobile and digital retail) by adding to the capabilities of the Digital Team, delivering best-in-class product developments and superior in-market performance and exemplifying our collaborative and agile ways or working.

·  Ensure that product developments in digital channels are customer led through their implementation and working in an Agile methodology with a multi-disciplinary Distribution/ Marketing/ Technology Team.

·  Management and accountability for in-market performance of designated digital channels, ensuring that your digital channels meet sales, revenue, usage and customer satisfaction objectives.

·  Ensure that designated digital channels are operationally managed and issues are resolved in an appropriate and timely manner, focussed on overall/ end-to-end customer experience.

·  Management and accountability for the strategic product lifecycle of designated digital channels, aligned with Tabcorp's Digital Strategy.

Our Ideal Person

·  Demonstrated ability to lead creation, communication and execution of digital product pathways.

·  Strong skills required in stakeholder management, specifically communication (written and oral) and negotiation skills that drive positive outcomes

·  Focus on actions & outcomes, with a strong track record in achieving business results

·  Highly developed analytical capabilities and proven record in delivering data-driven product features.

·  Demonstrated ability to drive collaborative and lean customer-centred design.

·  Broad based digital execution expertise across marketing, product and technology

·  Able to demonstrate a strong "eye for detail" and provide strength in leadership and functional expertise that generates strong product solutions

·  3+ years work experience with an appropriate combination of product development, product management, product marketing and digital media – led by customer and delivered in an Agile methodology.

·  Extensive digital experience across multiple digital channels, particularly online and mobile.

Bonus: Prior experience in gaming/ gambling or large transactional based businesses either in Australia or overseas.
