Role Summary

This role will form part of the senior management team within Wagering Marketing and will be directly responsible for leading marketing and customer experience initiatives across all digital channels, which in turn drive online category leadership across our Wagering brands including TAB, Luxbet, Trackside and Sky.  The role will also lead the internal Creative and Content Service team for the wagering business.


How you will contribute

The successful candidate will see themselves being involved in, however not limited to;

  • Leader the development and execution of best in class online and mobile marketing strategy across key brands, inclusive of owned, paid social media, affiliate programs and SEO/SEM
  • Lead development and execution of performance based digital marketing, delivering positive return on investment
  • Lead the development and execution of acquisition strategies
  • Lead the systematic production of deep data-driven online customer and transactional insights that underpin development of nest in class online and mobile experiences
  • Provide strong coaching and leadership to the Digital Marketing team as well as the broader Marketing team


Our Ideal Person

Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Commerce, Finance or related discipline. Demonstrated senior leadership experience in leading a digital marketing function across multi-channel, multi-brand portfolios. Deep experience in digital marketing and related CRM management tools ie. Salesforce, Telium, Google Analytics, DoubleClick, Maximiser, Facebook, Twitter. Extensive senior leadership experience in digital marketing or related online, new media, or e-business experience. Strong domain knowledge, particularly in Wagering will be highly regarded.
