Role Snapshot

Tabcorp's team have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, customer service professional to work during the Spring Racing Carnival and in the non-Carnival period based in Swan Hill. The role we are looking to fill is a part of the on-course team, therefore at the forefront of customer service on race days. Oncourse Operators efficiently and accurately process oncourse transactions (bets and payouts) via Tabcorp Wagering terminals and provide exceptional customer service to Race Day customers.

Our Ideal Person

To be considered for this opportunity you will have a passion for providing outstanding customer service and have a background in hospitality. You will possess basic keyboarding skills with a high degree of accuracy coupled with cash handling experience gained in a high volume environment. Knowledge of, or an interest in the racing industry, such as bet types, will be highly regarded. 

Shifts may fall at various times during the week, weekends and public holidays, therefore this role would suit someone who is quite flexible with their time and looking to have some fun and become part of a close knit team!
