Ultimately, the Salesforce Executive will be building cost effective CRM programmes which:

• Optimise efficiency and quality of our customer output through automation
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities for maximising customer value

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
In general:

• To achieve the customer revenue targets across the Sun Bets estate
• To support in developing and implementing the Sun Bets CRM strategy and align the CRM Campaign budget to Sun Bets’ corporate objectives
• Troubleshoot all data and issues raised and act as the first point of contact
• Liaise with digital and system integration teams to maintain data integration with Marketing Cloud

Specifically:
• Execute campaigns to plan by coding in AmpScript on a ‘no mistakes’ basis
• Report on campaigns using SFMC
• Build-out automated campaigns
• Manage day-to-day relationship with Salesforce and implementation partners
• Manage and create API calls from other platform to allow ‘real time’ campaigning and a smooth-running process out of Salesforce
• Full understanding of all internal platforms that integrate with Salesforce and be the ‘expert’ on their relationship and how this effects the customer base.

Measures of Performance:
• Incremental return on marketing investment as measured at +28days
• Retained customer Net Promoter Scores
• Customer base size, as measured by unique customers retained, reactivated, converted over time vs. commercial model targets
• Customer base quality, as measured by segment profitability, sustainability and lifetime value over time vs. commercial model targets
• Communications effectiveness as measured by contact deliverability, response rates and reputation score
• Communications delivered ‘on brand’ as measured through qualitative assessment
• Campaigns delivered on-time and to budget, including through automation
• Ensuring SLA’s are met for Salesforce and integrated platforms platform

Capabilities:

• A Salesforce ninja with strong coding skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Regulatory & Compliance

• Carry out all business activities in a way that gives due consideration to all applicable legal and regulatory requirements, minimizes the cost of legal and regulatory risk and maximizes business opportunities for Sun Bets
• Ensure self-awareness and familiarity with compliance obligations and responsibilities relevant to this role.
• Actively encourage, mentor, coach and supervise employees to promote compliant behaviour.

Qualifications & Experience:
Required:

• Heavy experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and AmpScript
• Heavy familiarity with gaming/ gambling customer databases
• Ability to learn other coding languages if required
• Outstanding attention to detail
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Ability to manage partners and vendors on a day-to-day basis
• Proven understanding of the building and development of data-driven customer segmentation (RFV/ RFM, lifestage, lifestyle or behavioural model within Salesforce using data supplied by other platforms.
• Experience in optimising comms output across channels through test-and-learn program(s)

Desired:

• Degree qualification in Computer Science or related discipline
• Knowledge of SQL
• Understanding comms optimisation techniques including multivariate testing, eye-tracking, etc.
• HTML coding skills alongside use of Photoshop/ Dreamweaver or similar to deliver high quality email
• Detailed understanding of the below the line channel mix (email, outbound telemarketing, SMS, social media, direct mail, etc.)
