Position Purpose: 

The CRM executive will be familiar with SalesForce (Exact Target) and be confident using HTML and SQL to build omni-channel targeted campaigns from scratch.

This role includes creating all campaign assets, such as writing copy and briefing the design team for creative to use across all channels (SMS/Push/Email/DM) for both Sport and Casino.

The CRM executive will work closely with the marketing, trading and BI teams in order to create dynamic and relevant campaigns which will contribute to meeting broader company KPIs.

The CRM executive will be expected to track success of all campaigns based on existing ROI reporting and use A/B testing to adhere to a thorough programme of campaign optimisation. This role requires a high level of planning, efficient execution and an excellent eye for detail when proofing.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: 

• Work with CRM Manager to generate meaningful campaigns which contribute to the wider company KPIs
• Create all campaign assets including copy, images and HTML
• Liaise with BI/Trading to insure all company offers/prices are included in campaigns
• Build campaign in SalesForce/Automation Studio using SQL and AMP Script where required
• Thoroughly A/B test each campaign to adhere to a team goal of continuous optimisation
• Track success of all campaigns from an ROI perspective and report back to CRM Manager
• Measurable ROI from investment & management of freebet budgets

Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience of actively using and optimising CRM techniques including segmentation, campaign planning, implementation and evaluation
• Experience using Salesforce (Exact Target): reporting, creating derived fields and complex selections
• A proactive person displaying initiative and driving improvements across all platforms
• Advanced Excel: pivots, complex functions
• Intermediate Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Desirable but not essential-
• A knowledge of sports betting and casino products
• Experience of SQL/SAS or other statistical software packages
• Knowledge of customer level interrogation techniques (profiling, regression, clustering)
