Role Snapshot

As Process & Reporting Analyst you will be responsible for delivering a high volume of reporting, insights and process design across all functions and systems within the call centre.  Through this reporting you will be expected to interpret, understand and analyse identified trends and opportunities within the data to enhance processes and systems, all in the name of improving customer experience.

How you will contribute

  • Design, create a deliver a suite of reporting, dashboards and insights to support effective operation and decision making of the call centre.
  • Optimise processes to ensure the flawless delivery of customer service through various channels.
  • Utilise metrics and analytics to make data-driven decisions that improve the customer experience
  • Challenge the validity of current procedures and processes, communicating to enhance solutions to improve business performance and customer experience.

 

Our Ideal Person

In this role it is necessary to have some demonstrated experience working with data previously, preferably in a similar role, with exposure to a contact centre and its operations.  The ability to generate and manipulate reports is essential complemented with a high level of mathematical, statistical and analytical skills.  Computer literacy must be high and the use of business intelligence tools previously would be beneficial.  The ability to influence across all levels of business and translate data into meaningful insights to support decision making.
