Role Snapshot

As a Customer Administration Operator you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through a range of tasks associated with the maintenance of customer accounts.  In collaboration with Team Managers and teams around Tabcorp you will be working together to achieve customer centric targets.

How you will contribute

  • Deliver exceptional customer service measured through improvements in NPS and Customer Satisfaction Scores
  • Support customers with various tasks
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes to enhance customer experience
  • Effectively resolve customer issues raised

 

Our Ideal Person

In this role it is required that you are computer literate with a thorough understanding of contact centre processes and systems.  As a key component of the role, a proven ability to provide great customer service and problem solving skills.  Being able to work well under pressure and great attention to detail will see you placed well in this role.
