Role Snapshot

As one of our SSC Team Leaders you will be managing the daily operational activity whilst driving an engaged culture within your and the wider team.  Through strong relationships Team Leaders will provide support and ongoing development for both successful team and individual performance.

 Working with your team

  • Ensure the efficient running of the Service Support Centre through the effective management of Team Members.
  • Manage escalated problems and/or difficult calls to an appropriate outcome in collaboration with the SSC Manager.
  • Motivate, coach and manage Team member’s performance and behaviour.
  • Ensure contribution to SLA targets are maximized through efficiency, activity and metrics.


Our Ideal Person

Our ideal person will have experience in a role similar to this one having led a team in a call centre environment before (or is excited by the new challenge of doing so).  Skills in particular that are desirable within this Team Leader role include a good working knowledge in excel working with processes and systems.  Someone that is great at building relationships and rapport, a strong analytical mind to identify opportunities and areas of improvement is also sought after.
