Role Summary

Reporting the Head of VIP, the VIP Stakeholder Manager will support Super VIP and VIP clients by driving marketing & wagering strategies aimed at maximising acquisition, retention and yield from selected clients.

How you will contribute

  • Planning and delivering VIP strategies across the Wagering portfolio to drive acquisition, retention and loyalty in the Super VIP categories.
  • Working closely with the Marketing Department, specifically CRM & VIP Managers to ensure close collaboration and integration of our communications with clients
  • Oversee the direct communications with customers through VIP campaigns
  • Ensuring and maintaining database segmentation of clients 
  • Managing the CRM platform (Salesforce) for VIP including reporting and analytics.
  • Support initiatives aimed at enhancing personal performance, VIP operations, and customer experience.
  • Driving the performance of performance drivers and corporate events in conjunction with VIP Account and Sales Executives.
  • Design the VIP customer journey in conjunction with the Head of VIP to ensure customer experience congruency.

Our Ideal Person

To be successful in this role, you'll have experience in similar roles with an emphasis on business development, sales, relationship management and/or stakeholder engagement. You'll have exposure to Sales Force (or a similar CRM) and have demonstrated problem solving skills. With tertiary or additional qualifications in marketing or similar related discipline and a passion for Racing and Gambling, you'll make a great addition to our team.
