Role Summary

Working on the iconic TAB brand you’ll plan, create and execute sport marketing campaigns that drive acquisition and retention, deliver a positive customer experience, improve engagement and deliver a positive return on investment (ROI).

How you will contribute

  • Plan, create and execute sport marketing campaigns and measure ROI.
  • Work collaboratively with internal creative teams and/or external agencies as necessary such as designers and animators to help support the execution of campaigns.
  • Assist in the management of agency relationships to optimise the best creative outcomes while ensuring greatest value for TAB.   
  • Appropriately lead and develop the Marketing Co-ordinator reporting directly to this role.
  • Adhere to specific brand guidelines.
  • Provide input to the marketing budgeting process as required.
  • Provide input to the design and implementation of processes and procedures to ensure sport campaigns are executed in line with internal quality standards.
  • Be a team player taking ownership of individual engagement, performance and development.
  • Build and maintain effective internal and external relationships across the business to optimise business performance.
  • Input to the development of budget(s), reporting and financial forecasting processes in line with the Tabcorp standards.
  • Maintain knowledge of emerging marketing technologies and techniques.
  • Ensure compliance with Tabcorp’s Risk and Compliance Framework.

Our Ideal Person

To be successful in this role, you’ll have at least 5 years’ experience in the creation, communication and execution of marketing campaigns with demonstrated track record in product, brand or marketing excellence having worked with consumer brands. With your background in leading teams and manage agency partners, you’ll have good analytical skills, utilising financial and consumer insights and data to inform the design and planning process of campaigns.

Using your excellent communication and presentation skills, you’ll enjoy fast-paced, client centric environment. Your sports industry and racing knowledge and passion will make you a  great addition to our team.
