Role Snapshot

The Optimisation Manager, reporting directly to the Head of Digital, ideally based in Brisbane, will need to balance strategy with execution as the owner of conversion performance for the Lott’s website and mobile channels.

How you will contribute

The following are just some of the responsibilities you will have:

  • Define and lead the CRO strategy for the Lott’s Digital channels by planning, creating and managing A/B, multivariate tests and personalisation segments to manage high performance journeys for our customers.
  • Develop and execute an ongoing prioritised roadmap of optimisation tests and enhancements
  • Enable and empower the wider business around test and learn methodologies through a centre of excellence focused on awareness, governance, education and training.
  • Work with multiple teams to understand user behaviour in order to identify opportunities and instigate journey improvements
  • Work closely with the Optimisation Developer to ensure that site and App changes are correctly implemented and tested

The digital space is a true passion of yours which is why you can switch quickly from strategy to execution, developing and implementing optimisation roadmaps, articulating these in a clear, concise and understandable format using your superior communication skills. Coming from a strong data-driven background, the Adobe Marketing Cloud tool kit will be familiar to you and you will be excited by the idea of working with it!
