Role Snapshot

The primary requirement of the Marketing Coordinator is to provide coordination and support for the Keno Marketing Team.  You will be responsible for managing the smooth delivery of content on all owned and paid assets; ensuring content is well planned and exceptionally executed.  You will be a key conduit between Brand and Campaign, Retail Delivery team including Trade Marketing, Digital and Studio.

How you will contribute

Duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Coordinate marketing planning process including management of the marketing content calendar across all channels
  • Coordinate delivery of cross functional marketing projects and campaigns
  • Manage the scheduling of content for in venue touchpoints such as KDS, Benie screens, Nightlife and venue owned assets
  • Assist in the creation and execution of social media content
  • Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns
  • Assist with briefing and execution of digital marketing campaigns
  • Provide assistance to the greater marketing team to deliver on campaigns and over-flow
  • Prepare presentations and post campaign reports as required
  • On board new starters including induction of new starters

To be a success in this role you will be a passionate marketer, a self-starter who is proactive with a proven ability to use initiative.  A naturally curious individual you can think quickly and creatively to solve marketing problems.  Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills see you confidently deal with all levels of management.  Highly organised, excellent time management skills and with strong attention to detail will see you excel in this role

  • Degree in either Marketing, Commerce or Communications
  • 2+ years marketing experience
  • Experience in a fast paced environment with multiple products, and markets
  • Experience working in an industry with significant regulatory or equivalent jurisdictional constraints
  • Proficiency in Microsoft programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience in a Media Agency or Television/Radio Station role responsible for material/key number scheduling and management highly desirable
