Role Snapshot

The Digital Product Manager will set and implement Keno’s digital transformation strategy across retail and digital channels.  You will oversee the development of new online products, from its inception to its launch. Using market data, customer experience and business requirements you will manage existing products, and identify ways to enhance Keno products for all digital users

How you will contribute

Duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Responsible for fundamentally planning and managing the digital experience and for delivering experiences that meet and exceed Keno customer’s desires nationally.
  • End to end accountability for the digital product and channel development functions to ensure that the Keno network is optimised to deliver the benefits of integrated digital solutions
  • Manage the planning and delivery process to ensure that key initiatives prioritised to deliver optimised performance across all channels.
  • Focused on developing customer led digital strategies that build Keno advocates, drive market expansion, drive gameplay, ensures the healthy pipeline of features.
  • Create service offerings for players through understanding current technologies and optimising accordingly
  • Developing new solutions to enhance customer’s experience, address burning platforms (real time rewards) and evolve the delivery of Keno to digital users
  • Work closely with the Retail Channel Manager to expedite a digitally converged retail environment and ensuring a consistent experience for both Digital and Retail customers
  • Play an integral role in shifting the dynamic of the Keno business and challenging the status quo

To be a success in this role you will be relentlessly focussed on developing customer led digital strategies that drive market expansion. Highly commercial you work collaboratively building and maintaining relationship with multiple functions in pursuit of achieving business objectives.  You are curious and willing to challenge the status quo bringing energy and ownership through personal commitment and the ability to lead by example.

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Proven track record of delivering a P&L to budget
  • Proven track record in developing and executing growth strategies
  • Strong preference for experience in driving transformational change, in implementing digital convergence within a retail network and in applying strategic models (e.g.Porters Five Forces, Mckinsey 7S Model, SWOT, etc.)
  • Marketing experience (particularly in insight, research and analytics)
  • Expert in PowerPoint with solid knowledge of other Microsoft tools including Word and Excel
  • Solid understanding of retail dynamics and a strong sense of business development especially in its key trading periods
  • Extensive experience working in an industry with significant regulatory or equivalent jurisdictional constraints
