Role Summary

As the Project Manager you will manage and lead technical projects within Employee UX, Customer & Data Business Unit. You will be responsible for delivering initiatives to achieve world class Employee UX, Customer & Data Technology solutions. 

How you will contribute

  • Manage the end to end delivery of large, complex projects in collaboration with business and technology stakeholders, to deliver high quality solutions
  • Promote and ensure use of appropriate project management techniques, methodologies and tools. Define and implement IT project governance and compliance processes
  • Manage project budgets.
  • Drive ongoing improvements and evolutions to the core competencies of project management, delivery approach and tools.
  • Actively reflect on day to day activities, ensuring gradual and continuous betterment of our people, processes and tools
  • Mentor, support and regularly engage project teams to enhance the organisation’s project capabilities
  • Support and promote an environment where agility and continuous improvement is built into work practices and actively encourage agile practices.
  • Promote strategic prioritisation, data driven decisions and ownership in the delivery of business strategy through the projects in the portfolio
  • Work alongside cross functional teams to establish agreed plans to execute delivery of the roadmaps that support both business and Employee UX, Customer & Data Technology goals.
  • Establish, develop, communicate and manage realistic plans for the delivery of roadmap initiatives
  • Manage resource capacity planning and allocations for work performed. 
  • Build strong business relationships based on trust and delivery. Maintain and foster relationships with all Employee UX, Customer & Data stakeholders, including those throughout the business unit, across the organisation, and external suppliers and customers

Our Ideal Person

  • Professional certifications in Project Management (nice to have)
  • 3-5+ years’ work experience managing technology projects in fast changing and complex enterprise environments
  • Extensive understanding of the IT&T industry, as well as technology trends and related practices
  • Demonstrated experience in agile ways of working and the ability to drive adoption within a team
  • Proven experience in developing and maintaining strong relationships across business and technology teams
  • Solid understanding of relevant legislation and associated regulations
  • Detailed knowledge of gambling and entertainment industries (nice to have).
