Role Snapshot/Role Summary

As a Senior Technical Project Manager, you will manage and lead technical projects within Gaming Services and be responsible for delivering initiatives to achieve world class Gaming Services Core Technology solutions.

The role will focus on

  • Managing the end to end delivery of large, complex projects in collaboration with business and technology stakeholders, to deliver high quality solutions
  • Promoting and ensuring use of appropriate project management techniques, methodologies and tools
  • Communicating positive and inspiring visions
  • Actively reflecting on day to day activities, ensuring gradual and continuous betterment of our people, processes and tools
  • Promoting strategic prioritisation, data driven decisions and ownership in the delivery of business strategy through the projects in the portfolio
  • Delivering project objectives to agreed timeframes, quality and budget
  • Undertaking project ‘health checks’ to ensure IT projects are delivered in alignment with the organisation’s enterprise architecture, strategy risk management and project management methodologies
  • Building strong business relationships based on trust and delivery. Maintain and foster relationships with all Gaming Services stakeholders, including those throughout the business unit, across the organisation, and external suppliers and customers
  • Promoting and enabling an environment of positivity, self-empowerment/improvement and development

Our Ideal Person

You will have accredited tertiary qualifications in the relevant field, with 7+ years’ work experience managing technology projects in fast changing and complex enterprise environments.

In addition, you will have Demonstrated experience in agile ways of working and the ability to drive adoption within a team. Extensive understanding of the IT&T industry, as well as technology trends and related practices will be highly desirable.
