Role Snapshot/Role Summary

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Technology and with a dotted line to the GM your role will act as the key interface between the development teams and the business units across Technology. You will assist with process improvement, streamlining the communication and flow of information. In addition, you will also assist with reviewing existing operational and support processes, helping to identify opportunities for improvement.

The role will focus on

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to elicit requirements that solve customer’s problems innovatively
  • Demonstrable experience in agile ways of working and the ability to drive adoption within a team
  • Facilitating workshops to map user journeys and well versed in using tools to achieve this
  • Influencing and operating as a genuine trusted advisor
  • Shaping the design and delivery of specific solutions through proactive consulting
  • Building strong business relationships based on trust and delivery. Maintain and foster relationships with all Gaming Services stakeholders, including those throughout the business unit, across the organisation, and external suppliers and customers
  • Providing outstanding customer service and experiences, own and take action on issues effectively and efficiently
  • Promoting and enabling an environment of positivity, self-empowerment/improvement and development
  • Assisting with improving process, streamlining communication and the flow of information, providing clarity and responding to requests for information
  • Working with the Technology team you will leverage your strong understanding of the use of scripts, database queries, and possess an ability to read developed software

Our Ideal Person

You will have accredited tertiary qualifications in the relevant field, with 5+ years’ work experience within a large commercial environment with demonstratable experience evaluating and documenting business and software requirements to a high level of technical detail.  Expert knowledge of all aspects of system implementation, both in-house and customised package solutions will be highly desirable. In addition, you will have a continuous learning mindset and an ability to reinforce this amongst the team.
