Role Snapshot/Role Summary

In the role of Technical Project Manager, you will manage and lead technical projects within Wagering & Media business unit. You will be responsible for delivering initiatives to achieve world class Technology solutions.

The role will focus on

  • Manage the end to end delivery of large, complex projects in collaboration with business and technology stakeholders, to deliver high quality solutions.
  • Promote and ensure use of appropriate project management techniques, methodologies and tools.
  • Actively reflect on day to day activities, ensuring gradual and continuous betterment of our people, processes and tools.
  • Promote prioritisation, data driven decisions and ownership in the delivery of business strategy through the projects in the portfolio.
  • Deliver project objectives to agreed timeframes, quality and budget.
  • Build strong business relationships based on trust and delivery. Maintain and foster relationships with all Wagering & Media stakeholders, including those throughout the business unit, across the organisation, and external suppliers and customers
  • Provide outstanding customer service and experiences, own and take action on issues effectively and efficiently. Strive to exceed customer expectations.
  • Promote and enable an environment of positivity, self-empowerment/improvement and development.

Our Ideal Person

To be successful in this role you will have Accredited tertiary qualifications in a relevant field, 5+ years’ work experience managing technology projects in fast changing and complex enterprise environments. Extensive understanding of the IT&T industry, as well as technology trends and related practices. Demonstrated experience in agile ways of working and the ability to drive adoption within a team.
