Role Summary

The role represents our TGS brand by providing the best in class service to venue staff to deliver on the TGS promise of providing unmatched expertise and scale to drive the performance of our TGS venues.

How you will contribute

  • Assist in driving the strategic pillars for TGS Loyalty
  • Ensuring that venues have a clear understanding of the IGT system through training and living best practice
  • Provide venues with a structured 6-12 month promotional calendar that drives foot traffic and play during both peak and non-peak periods
  • Leverage foot traffic in venue during busy and peak periods to generate loyalty membership
  • Support the TGS Marketing team in the implementation, merchandising and education in venue of Network wide promotions

Our Ideal Person

We are looking for an individual with demonstrated loyalty knowledge within the gaming industry, preferably in a venue capacity. Proven organisational and administrative skills are key to the success of the role particularly in the time critical environment. You will have a current Australian drivers license to be mobile to provide excellent support via training and strong communication.
