Role Summary

Reporting directly to the Senior Digital Performance Manager the Performance Executive’s primary role is to manage TAB’s paid search activity across Google, Bing & Apple App Store.  You will be data driven with a passion to continually optimise your work to deliver KPIs. You will also be expected to upskill across other Performance Marketing channels, learning from other team members and being actively involved in all channels.   Your role will play a key part in achieving Tabcorp’s pre-determined acquisition and turnover KPI’s for the business year.

How you will contribute

  • You will manage the day to day running of all paid search channels & their budgets – Google Ads, Bing Ads and Apple App Store Search ads.
  • Use analytics platforms such as GA360, Adobe Analytics and Tableau for reporting and interpreting data to build actionable insights.
  • Keep up to date with sports trends and racing events to ensure our strategy and copy is always relevant.
  • Work closely and maintaining good relationships with technology partners, keeping on top of new product releases and BETAs.
  • Support the wider digital performance team, learning about their channels and sharing knowledge and learnings across the team.
  • Work with the Inbound team on landing page optimisation initiatives for your channels.

Our Ideal Person

To be successful in this role, you'll have a minimum 1-2 years’ experience managing and optimizing large scale paid search accounts on the agency or client side with a strong working knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads and Apple App Store search ads. You'll also be experienced in Bid management platforms with experience in DoubleClick Search, Marin and/or, Kenshoo and comfortable using analytics packages such as GA360, Adobe Analytics and Tableau for weekly and monthly reporting and analysis.

Your ability to effectively and succinctly communicate insights derived from data analysis that can influence the digital performance strategy will set you apart as will your understanding of Digital Marketing channels; SEO, Paid search, Display & Programmatic and Social. Experience in App campaign experience is desirable and a keen interest in sports and racing industry will make you a great member of our team.
