Role Summary

The Team Manager role is responsible for creating an inspiring and motivated team environment with an open communication culture.  This position is required to provide leadership and be the first point of contact for their team members in the delivery of customer centric efficient and effective daily operations within the Customer Service Centre Team.  This position will work in consultation with the Operations Manager to ensure delivery of excellent customer service in accordance with Tabcorp regulations.

How you will contribute

  • Responsible for continual leadership, and development of team members
  • Deliver against customer centric service targets as well as identifying areas of improvement
  • Drive improvement in the Net Promoter and transactional Customer Satisfaction Scores
  • Utilise metrics and analytics to make data-driven decisions that improve the customer experience, reduce time to resolution, and improve response times

Our Ideal Person

We are looking for an individual who has proven success in a contract centre within a customer service environment. Strong understanding of performance metrics to drive performance and enable performance management, coaching and development conversations. Ability to use judgement and problem solving to resolve people, operational, technical and customer issues.
