Role Summary

We are looking for five high calibre people leaders who has proven success within a customer service environment.  You will be able to demonstrate ability to drive a high-performance culture, be innovative and think outside the box. You should have a strong understanding of performance metrics, coaching and development, leading change and ability to resolve people, operational, technical and customer issues.

As part of the Management Team you will lead and inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer service, and drive results.  You will engage, motivate and develop your team, lead by example and provide guidance across regulatory requirements. The Tabcorp Customer Service Centre is a fast paced, high-volume environment delivering a culture of high service standards. You will work in consultation with the Operations Manager to ensure delivery of excellent customer service in accordance with Tabcorp regulations.

How you will contribute

  • Responsible for continual leadership, and development of team members
  • Deliver against customer centric service targets as well as identifying areas of improvement
  • Drive improvement in the Net Promoter and transactional Customer Satisfaction Scores
  • Dedication to building a customer centric culture to ensure a great yor team deliver a great customer experience  

Our ideal person

  • Must have min 2years’ experience in a Team Leader/Manager role
  • Highly effective team leadership skills
  • Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
