Role Summary

We have a great opportunity for an experienced Compliance Coordinator to join our Lotteries team! If you are passionate about being part of a team to deliver great outcomes for the business then this is the role for you.  As part of this role you’ll contribute to providing support to the retail network in a manner that ensures the effective compliance within the lotteries retail network in accordance with policies, procedures and relevant legislation.

Our Ideal Person

The ideal person will provide coordination of retail compliance activities across the Retail Network. The successful candidate will need to have strong attention to detail, be able to work within tight timeframes and demonstrate resilience in a dynamic and fast paced environment.  You’re strong listening, attention to detail and time management skills will ensure your success in this role.

This role will manage site surveys, compliance requirements and support action plans for our retail sites to ensure positive outcomes.  A key requirement is delivering great customer service to our internal and external stakeholders and support the Lotteries Retail team. 

You will have:

  • Solid experience in compliance and case management, preferably within a sales environment
  • Background in compliance admin is advantageous
  • An intermediate level working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (a strong skill set in excel is highly desirable)
  • A high level of organisational skills that allow for managing and prioritising a variety of activities while using resources efficiently.
  • The ability to facilitate and build strong working and business relationships with internal and external customers
  • Ability to problem solve and manage conflicting priorities
  • A Certificate IV in Business is highly desirable
