Role Summary

As Workplace Engineer, you will be part of a team who is responsible for all workplace services provided to Tabcorp ensuring a superior customer experience. In addition, you will support continuous improvement in people, processes and technology.

Provide subject matter expertise on Workplace Delivery and operational service management to ensure that solutions are fit for purpose Provide 3rd level support, including analysing various products to support the selection/validation of suitable hardware and software technologies that are aligned to Tabcorp requirements Manage workplace Technology solutions and provide software and hardware asset management and control

Our Ideal Person

  • Accredited tertiary qualifications and relevant field experience in Workplace technologies including systems specifications, design and operations of Desktop, VC and IPTV Proven experience in the development and management of SOE and deployment of SOE to large scale environments for Windows and MAC.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy including AGPM, Management of SCCM and JAMF, InTune and task automation tools Application packaging deployment including Patch Management and Antivirus suites,
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Enterprise Communication solutions (Skype for Business, MS Teams, MS Exchange)
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Firewall, VPN)
  • Knowledge of ITIL service management and documentation standards
  • Strong understanding of IT&T industry and vendor landscape as well as technology trends and related practices in infrastructure and cloud computing
  • Experience in an agile, continuous improvement environment highly regarded
