How you will contribute

Drive strategic future direction, transforming the approach to end-to-end delivery to effectively meet the needs of a rapidly transforming business and technology environment. You will lead, mentor, and coach your team to sustain support and operational requirements and deliver high quality, cost effective solutions, with a focus on Business and Process analysis.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Seek out business needs and strategies to analyse requirements and propose effective approaches to business and technical requirements
  • Business case development and release planning and coordination
  • Lead, manage and mentor team members
  • Document technical requirements to the level of functional and technical detail required by delivery teams
  • Build and manage excellent stakeholder relationships providing advice on all aspects of Information Technology that have the potential to impact the business, acting as a trusted advisor

Our ideal person

You will have accredited tertiary qualifications in a relevant field with extensive experience working with relevant technologies including all aspects of product lifecycle and process development, delivery and support, ideally in a agile and continuous development environment. You will also be a natural people leader and be passionate about managing and motivating high performance teams. Although not essential, JIRA experience and an understanding of relevant legislation/regulations along with detailed knowledge of gambling and entertainment industries will be highly regarded.
