Role Snapshot

The role of the Team Coordinator is to provide administrative support and team/project coordination for the Integration Management Office, the Government and Industry Relations team as required. You will ensure efficient and effective support that contributes to the overall objectives and goals of the Chief Strategy Office.

How you will contribute

  • Support the Integration Management Office, the Contact Centre Strategy Program, the Government and Industry Relations team to ensure outcomes are achieved in the most effective and expedient manner
  • Arrange travel and accommodation bookings as required
  • Assist with budget preparation and budget management
  • Prepare and track purchase orders, service receipts, accruals and invoice processing
  • Coordinate resources required for meetings, presentations and appointments, coordinate venues and facilities
  • Assist the team with the preparation of various internal and external presentation documents
  • Provide administration and coordination support as required for CSO initiatives and events
  • Ensure compliance with the relevant statutory and regulatory requirements regarding IT governance, processes, security, and employees (including health and safety)
  • Scheduling of Program meetings and appropriate room bookings etc
  • Preparation and distribution of meeting agendas, minutes etc

Our Ideal Person

To be successful in this role;

  • Experienced in providing administration support within a large, corporate environment preferred
  • Experience as a project coordinator an advantage
  • Experience across administration and finance activities, including budgeting, corporate finance systems and MS Office, in particular Excel
  • Proven track record in providing effective support across multiple areas and stakeholders
  • An excellent communicator, you will be dealing with internal & external stakeholders at all levels
  • You will be proactive with your approach and demonstrate initiative
