Role Snapshot

We have a brilliant opportunity for a Finance Manager to join our Finance Team.  The role will manage all aspects of the Corporate Financial Accounting Team and ensure integrity of the Group general ledger, as well as assisting the Senior Manager Financial Accounting with business partnering activities for the Corporate business.

How you will contribute

•             Assist Senior Manager Financial Accounting with Business Partnering activities including providing finance support and monthly results to the Corporate Business

•             Prepare budget and forecasts for the Corporate Business

•             Deliver accurate and timely reporting to internal and external stakeholders

•             Manage the consolidations/process eliminations in conjunction with the Group Reporting Team

•             Ensure the timely and accurate completion of balance sheet reconciliations assigned to the Corporate team and ensure integrity of information

•             Maintain adequate internal controls to ensure the integrity of the General Ledger and associated processes

•             Assist with preparation of financial statements, half year and year end requirements

•             Provide people leadership through coaching, on the job training and performance development of team members. 

Our Ideal Person

We are looking for someone with at least two years’ experience in a similar role, CA or CPA qualification, plus advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and preferably some experience with Oracle Financials, or a similar ERP system.

Critical to your success in this role will be your excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines and work at pace, coupled with your strong people management skills and well developed communication skills.
