As a Change Analyst at Tabcorp you are responsible for the operation of the ITIL compliant change management process, including the assessment and progression of changes through their lifecycle. The Change Analyst ensures that any Information Technology changes are registered and follow approved processes and meet technical, business and regulatory approval requirements to maintain performance and stability and integrity of the systems operated by Tabcorp. More importantly for this role you will have excellent influencing and relationship building skills, being able to work with a number of different perspectives.

What you’ll do

  • Operate all Change Management processes and identify process improvement opportunities through consultation with stakeholders
  • Provide a local escalation point for all change management issues and manage exceptions to the change processes and procedures
  • Ensure standardised methodologies/ processes, based in industry practices, are utilised for all forms of technology change across Tabcorp
  • Develop and maintain materials dedicated to end-user awareness and training of change processes and procedures
  • Participate/Run in Change Post Implementation Reviews where required
  • Contribute to the development of timeframes and severity levels for processing changes to support company objectives and business goals
  • Other operational/project activities as requested by the Change & Release Manager
  • Work closely with the Change & Release Manager, peers and other technology teams to deliver outcomes that are beneficial to technology operations and Service Delivery.
  • Influence and operate as the autonomous, local genuine trusted advisor throughout technology (and the broader Group).
  • Support an environment where agility and continuous improvement is built into work practices.

What you’ll bring

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications are great, but so is your experience: we’re after a tried-and-tested change manager who brings get up and go to a fast-paced, always-changing environment.
  • Know-how that gets more out of people and processes using Lean and Agile – and the credibility to advocate the value of both to your stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships across business and technology staff backed up by strong communication skills.
  • Demonstrated continuous improvement of IT services delivered to the business
