Role Summary

The Senior Portfolio Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day leadership of the coordination team, within Wagering and Media Portfolio Delivery.

This role is to lead the general management of projects within the Wagering & Media portfolio, assisting in the planning, implementation and tracking of projects.

Providing financial management and work closely with project teams, this role is to drive improvement and best practice to successfully deliver on Wagering & Media Technology solutions.

Our Ideal Person

  • Accredited tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
  • Experience working in project coordination/management with secure understanding of project management principles and best practice.
  • Proven experience in developing and maintaining strong relationships across business and technology teams and people management
  • Hands-on experience in project/portfolio financial management.
  • Demonstrated experience with SDLC IT delivery processes and quality management methods.
  • Secure knowledge of IT in an enterprise environment including system integration, multiple products, systems and relevant functional groups.
  • Proven experience in the preparation of accurate status and financial reports, with a good level of financial/commercial acumen.
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Project Server and SharePoint systems.
